Terms and Conditions:

1) The sticker issued to an individual or company may only be used for the parking of one authorized vehicle (the motor vehicle plate number listed on the application form.) The sticker may not be used with any other vehicle.

2) Fees apply to stickers issued on an annual basis from March 1 through
February 28. Pre-Paid Parking Stickers purchased later in the year will be prorated.

3) The vehicle holder is entitled to park in any space within the designated parking area for which the sticker is issued.

4) Sticker parking is valid from 6:00 a.m. until 12 Midnight. No overnight parking is permitted in any lot.

5) If the sticker is lost or damaged a $15.00 replacement fee will be charged.
Please promptly notify the Traffic Bureau at the Police Station (781) 862-1235.

6) We are not responsible for loss or damage due to Fire, Theft, Collision or Breakage. Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owners’ risk.

7) Stickers may not be taped or remain unsecured from the vehicle window.

8) Vehicles with overdue parking fines will not be issued a parking sticker.

9) The Town reserves the right to revoke parking sticker privileges for repetitive
violations of these regulations or fraudulently representing an individual as a
Lexington Center employee.

10) For those who purchase a Pay-As-You-Go Parking Sticker, strict enforcement will be in effect to ensure compliance with Park with PayByPhone.
